I accidentally washed and dried a recent Madewell purchase from a Charlotte location and it no longer fit right. The Charlotte folks directed me to the Greenville location and the staff was beyond exceptional. For a world where customer service is dwindling, Madewell has made a loyal customer for life. I will go out of my way to purchase these products and support this company!

Fastest jeans shopping I’ve ever done! I was also delightfully surprised at how helpful and friendly the staff were. Madewell had been recommended to me for purchasing high-quality, vintage style jeans. I was skeptical for a minute about the price to quality ratio, but the product really is made well. The jeans I took home today are 99% cotton and 1% lycra, making them extra soft and very durable. 10/10 will be shopping with them again!!

I would have put 100 stars but 5 is the limit; the employees at this store are incredible. They are not just great at customer service, but the hospitality they provide is unmatched. And the store is always perfectly organized. I wish every shopping experience could be as wonderful as this. The Madewell Ladies are top tier.

The associates in this store are quite possibly the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered while jeans shopping. I accompanied my fiancé on a jeans shopping trip for her birthday and I am very used to the high pressure sales tactics of small boutiques, but the folks at this store were not like that at all. They were the exact opposite, friendly, competent and experts at recommendations, thanks for the awesome experience!

Excellent customer service, it’s rare to find people in a retail environment that are willing to go the extra mile to help. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They took excellent care of my wife.
